Today my drawing of the British BMX queen Shanaze Reade is on the cover of the Metro Newspaper. Shanaze is competing in the Olympics today! You can get a free signed poster print of the drawing in selected Adidas stores across London today. All you need to do is take in a copy of the newspaper.
My POWER POWER exhibition is finally touring London at the DAVID DAVID gallery in Covent Garden.

POWER POWER 3 IS A TOURING EXHIBITION BY THE ARTIST AND ILLUSTRATOR MAYA WILD. THE EXHIBITION WAS FIRST SHOWN IN SAN FRANCISCO, THEN GLASGOW, AND NOW TRAVELS TO ITS FINAL DESTINATION, MAYA’S HOME TOWN OF LONDON.
MAYA SPECIALISES IN PORTRAITS OF MUSICIANS AND THE SHOW EXPLORES THE POWER OF MUSIC, COLOUR, PATTERN AND MOVEMENT THROUGH PENCILS, COLOURED PENCILS AND COLLAGE. THE EXHIBITION INCLUDES DRAWINGS OF PRINCE, PATTI SMITH, DIE ANTWOORD, M.I.A, GRACE JONES, DIZZEE RASCAL AND MANY MORE. MAYA HAS ALSO MADE A PRODUCT RANGE INCLUDING TWO LIMITED EDITION POWER POWER T SHIRT DESIGNS ESPECIALLY FOR THE SHOW.
